Sports Participation Information: 

All Athletes Must Complete the following: (packets available in the school office). 

1-Individual and Team Sports Sign Up Form

2-RUSD Activities Participation Form

3-Pre-Participation Physical Form (doctor's clearance)

All students are required to abide by the school handbook

All students must be picked up promptly at the end of practice and games

There is NO bus transportation provided to and from games. It is the parents responsibility to provide transportation. 

Student athletes must arrive prepared to practices and games. Pack athletic clothing/shoes, don't forget water and facemask.
